We thought it'd be fun to try making some Mexican cuisine, so -- TACO NIGHT!! WOO WOO!!
Just browned some ground turkey with the right taco seasoning, heated up some tortillas, and loaded up on cool toppings: salsa, cheese, sour cream, grilled peppers, lettuce, and guacamole. Messy and delicious! :-D
