We had lots to celebrate at the end of this week (including a Bloversary!), so DJ went all out. He trekked all the way to Whole Foods, picked out two amazing steaks and a fabulous corn salsa side dish, and grilled up a meal fit for kings. The outside was a perfect brown, the inside was a perfect pink, and the seasoning was a perfect taste to savor.
